Process Servers are needed to perform various tasks such as filing court papers, retrieving court documents, and serving legal documents, Once the documents have been served, Process Servers deliver evidence to say that the document was served to the intended party. This is called an “Affidavit of Service.”
In the case of a Process Server who attempts to serve an individual who is evasive, Process Servers deliver evidence detailing those efforts. This is called an “Affidavit of Attempted Service.”
Both the “Affidavit and Affidavit of Attempted Service” documents need to be filed in the originating court. Our Process Servers will attend the courthouse to file on your behalf if requested.
