Lawyers Offices and Legal Firms will be invoiced after the service is complete. Clients from outside Canada such as USA need to be paid in advance.
All fee’s are based on serving one person at one address. Three attempts at the address will be made within a two week period. Affidavits or Affidavits of Attempted service and kilometres are included in the flat rate fee. Not included in the flat fee are disbursements such as copies, taxes and postage of the Affidavit or Affidavit of Service back to the client for filing.” Arrangements can be made for the Process Server to file your documents at an additional cost.
