Private individuals service fee’s are to be paid in advance. Payment is accepted by email transfer or credit card.
All fee’s are based on serving one person at one address. Three attempts at the address will be made within a two week period. Affidavits or Affidavits of Attempted service and kilometers are included in the flat rate fee. Not included in the flat fee are disbursements such as copies, taxes and postage of the Affidavit or Affidavit of Service back to the client for filing. Arrangements can be made for the Process Server to file your documents at an additional cost.
We require the following information from private individuals in your letter of instruction:
Your name and full contact details.
Party to be served – Name, address, contact information including cell phone if known.
Important details regarding the service – Do they work during the day? Do you have a photo? Do they live on the main floor or a basement suite? Do you know what vehicle they drive?
Be sure to include any other pertinent information including safety concerns to the Process Server if applicable.
Documents can be scanned and emailed to [email protected], by mail, courier or dropped off at our Head Office in Abbotsford, BC.
Documents can also be accepted in person (to be arranged).
